Here is another form, which I call a “folded penny pot.” The “folded” part refers to the circular top, folded over a football-shaped base. The “penny” part is in reference to the glaze, called “Weathered Bronze” from Clay Art Center in Tacoma, WA. It looks like the patina of a well-worn penny.
